Yova does not directly provide home services. All services are performed by independent third-party professionals.

We use collected data strictly to operate and improve the Yova platform.
Primary Uses:
- Match homeowners with suitable professionals
- Process service requests and lead distribution
- Enable communication between users and professionals

- Service quality improvement
- Marketing and service recommendations (Yova-related only)
We do NOT sell personal data to third parties.
4. HOW THE PLATFORM WORKS

Primary Uses:
- Homeowners submit a service request
- Yova matches the request with verified professionals
- Multiple professionals may receive the same lead
- Professionals may contact the homeowner directly through the platform
- Final service agreement is between homeowner and professional
- Yova is a connector platform, not a service provider
5. PAYMENTS & FEES
We use collected data strictly to operate and improve the Yova platform.
Primary Uses:
- Professionals may be charged per lead or for platform features (e.g., boost listings)
- Homeowners are not charged for submitting requests
6. REFUND POLICY
Yova does not charge homeowners to submit service requests. However, once you are connected with a professional, they may apply service call fees or consultation charges. It is strongly recommended that homeowners review each pro's profile and discuss all visit-related details — including any potential fees — before initiating a project. All payments made to professionals are based solely on the agreement between both parties.
B. For Professionals
- Lead charges are non-refundable once a lead has been delivered
- If a lead is invalid (fake, incomplete, or duplicate), credits may be issued at Yova's discretion
- Boost or premium listing fees are non-refundable once the service period begins
- All refund decisions are handled case-by-case
7. ACCOUNT ACCESS & SECURITY
User Accounts
- Users must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
- Unauthorized account sharing is prohibited
- Pros can only list one business under a specific category
Access Rights
Yova may suspend or restrict accounts for:
- Fraudulent activity
- Abuse of platform
- Violation of terms
- Misuse of leads or communications
Data Security
- We use industry-standard security measures
- Payment data is handled by secure third-party processors
- We do not store full payment details on our servers
8. PROFESSIONAL (PRO) SUPPORT
Yova provides dedicated support for service professionals to ensure success on the platform.
Pro Support Includes:
- Onboarding assistance and account setup
- Guidance on profile optimization
- Lead usage support and dispute resolution
- Performance insights and recommendations
- Technical support for platform use
Pro Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate service listings and availability
- Respond promptly to leads and customers
- Maintain professionalism in all communications
- Deliver services as agreed with homeowners
- Take first step in resolving disputes with homeowners / clients before escalating to support
9. VERIFICATION OF PROFESSIONALS
Yova may verify professionals using:
- Identity checks
- License verification (where applicable)
- Business validation
- Customer feedback and ratings
However, Yova does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by professionals.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Yova is not responsible for:
- Service quality delivered by professionals
- Disputes between homeowners and professionals
- Damages, delays, or losses arising from services performed
- Misrepresentation by third-party professionals
All service agreements are strictly between the homeowner and the professional.
11. PLATFORM ROLE CLARIFICATION
Yova's role is strictly limited to:
- Connecting homeowners with verified professionals
- Facilitating communication and lead distribution
- Providing marketplace infrastructure
Yova does not:
- Employ professionals
- Perform home services
- Guarantee job outcomes
12. POLICY UPDATES
Yova may update these terms periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes through the platform or email. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.
