Yova Terms of Service

Welcome to YovaPro, also referred to as Yova. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Yova platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using Yova, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

Yova is a marketplace platform that connects individuals or businesses seeking services ("Clients") with independent service professionals ("Pros"). Under the registered name Yonevas Technology LLC. Yova does not provide the services listed on the Platform and is not a party to any agreement between Clients and Pros.

Yova is not an employer, partner, agent, or representative of any Pro. All Pros are independent contractors and are solely responsible for:

• The services they provide
• Pricing, performance, and outcomes
• Compliance with applicable laws and licensing requirements

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, joint venture, or agency relationship.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Pass background check ( For Pros)
• Maintain the security of your account
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

Yova reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.

Yova's role is limited to:

• Facilitating connections between Clients and Pros
• Providing communication tools
• Enabling lead generation and marketplace interaction

Yova does not:

• Guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of requested services by clients
• Endorse any Pro or Client
• Verify all user-provided information (client)

Yova may charge Pros for:

• Leads
• Promotional features

Yova does not guarantee:

• Job conversion
• Client engagement
• Revenue generation

Yova is not responsible for payment disputes between users clients and pros.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate job details
• Select Pros at their own discretion
• Pay agreed fees directly to Pros

Pros agree to:

• Provide accurate qualifications and credentials
• Deliver services professionally and lawfully
• Maintain required licenses and insurance

Yova may offer background check services through third-party providers. However:

• Results are not guarantees of reliability
• Users remain responsible for their own decisions

Users may not:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Circumvent the platform to avoid fees
• Engage in fraud, harassment, or illegal activity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Yova reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action.

Users may submit reviews and content. By doing so, you grant Yova a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content. Yova may remove content that violates policies.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." Yova disclaims all warranties, including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

Yova does not guarantee:

• Service outcomes
• Platform availability
• Accuracy of user information

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yova shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Yova's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Yova in the past 90 days.

You agree to indemnify and hold Yova harmless from any claims arising out of:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your services or interactions with other users
• Your violation of these Terms

Yova may suspend or terminate access at any time for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Risk to platform integrity
• Legal compliance

Users may stop using the Platform at any time.

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

• Binding arbitration
• Waiver of class actions

Yova may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
